    Position: General Laborer Company: Scaffold-Fast (Ottawa) Inc. Location: Ottawa, ON. Job type: Full-Time, permanent position (Monday to Friday) Salary: Hourly wages TBD based on experience and performance (40hrs or more a week).

  • Job Description Summary
    Scaffold-Fast (Ottawa) Inc. is looking to hire a hardworking, dedicated individual that believes the customer is a number one priority and that will become part of our team in order to fill the position of general laborer. This position requires someone who is not afraid of heights and who is willing to learn the task of scaffold erection.
  • Duties and Responsibilities
    Perform tasks as needed Lifting and moving material Working at heights Erecting scaffolding Working in a team setting Please note that this is not a complete list of duties and responsibilities but just examples of what the job can entail. More duties and responsibilities can be added as the employer sees fit for the position.
  • Requirements
    Not afraid of heights Good customer service skills Ability to learn new skills (scaffold erection) Ability to work well in a team Ability to work overtime if required Ability to lift material that is up to 50lbs manually
  • Preferred
    1-2 years previous experience as a general labourer for a construction company. Full Ontario or Quebec Driver’s license
